Man records video allegedly, arrested

A shocking incident unfolded at Hatigaon, Guwahati, Assam on Thursday. A man was nabbed for allegedly recording video of a woman while bathing.

The accused is identified as Semim Akhtar, from Kolkata. Following the incident, the accused is now handed to the Hatigaon Police Station.
