Prime Minister Narendra Modi will head the global media discussion at the “World Audio Visual & Entertainment Summit” (WAVES), which will take place at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai from May 1–4. In keeping with his goal of “Create in India, Create for the World,” PM Modi will also lay the groundwork for India to emerge as a major worldwide center for media and entertainment, according to the statement. WAVES facilitates cross-border collaboration in the media and entertainment sector by connecting global creators.
Policymakers, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, technology businesses, investors, and creative professionals will all be on one platform at the conference. The event will include a number of events, such as buyer-seller meetings, worldwide media dialogues, pitching chances for young creators, and demonstrations of new digital storytelling formats. Virtual production, AI-powered narrative, green content production, and global content sharing will be the main topics. “Watch how Prime Minister Narendra Modi takes the lead and establishes the groundwork for India to become the world’s center for media and entertainment. Pitch sessions, buyer-seller meetings, global media dialogue, and young creators exhibiting their skills are all there,” it continued.
