Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), in partnership with the Department of Electronics, IT, BT, and Science and Technology, Government of Karnataka, proudly announces the 25th edition of its Rural IT Quiz. As a highlight of the Bengaluru Tech Summit 2024, this prestigious event continues to champion IT education for rural students, holding a special place in the Limca Book of Records as India’s first IT quiz designed for rural areas.

Open to students from Classes 8 to 12 in smaller towns and districts, excluding city corporation areas, the quiz will feature engaging online and physical rounds covering cutting-edge topics like AI, cloud computing, and the impact of IT on various sectors such as education and entertainment. Regional finals will culminate in the National Finals in Bengaluru in November.

In Agartala, this quiz presents a unique platform for local students to engage with emerging technologies and gain recognition on a national scale. As educational institutions in Agartala focus on expanding tech-related opportunities, this initiative is set to enhance students’ tech skills and inspire future careers in technology. Students are encouraged to register by October 1, 2024, at TCS Rural IT Quiz Registration.
