Tata Motors India has launched a unique Engagement Program named as ‘Customer Care Mahotsav’ for Tata Motors’s commercial vehicle owners and customers, which is scheduled to run from 14th of January, 2024 to 30th of March, 2024. The program aims to provide an Enhanced after-sales experience, including vehicle check-ups, value-added services with maintainence of vehicle, driver training and attractive discounts on select Tata Genuine Parts.
It will take place across all Authorised Tata Motors service outlets across India. Drivers will receive comprehensive training on safe driving practices, health check-ups, hygiene kits and value propositions designed specifically for them under the Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative.
The program will showcase Tata Motors’ diverse service offerings, conduct proper vehicle and driver health check-ups, and strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders. The program will be celebrated at all commercial vehicle workshops across the nation, covering all product lines, including trucks, buses, vans and small trucks. Tata Motors invites all customers and drivers to actively participate and personally experience the company’s comprehensive range of offerings. Mr. Girish Wagh, Executive Director of Tata Motors, emphasized the importance of customer-centricity in the company’s business.
