Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has announced the launch of Ujjivan EZY, its upgraded mobile and internet banking platform, as part of a broader push to strengthen its digital-first strategy for retail customers. The unified platform offers a smarter, secure and personalised banking experience across mobile and web channels and is available in nine languages, including English, Hindi, Kannada, Gujarati, Marathi, Bangali, Odia, Punjabi and Tamil.
The EZY platform brings together more than 200 banking features, including over 90 new capabilities, aimed at simplifying everyday banking and deepening customer engagement across savings, payments, lending and investments. Built on a next-generation microservices architecture, the platform enhances speed, scalability and system resilience, enabling faster innovation and improved responsiveness to evolving customer needs.
EZY integrates key services such as account management, fund transfers, fixed and recurring deposits, bill payments, debit card management, GST payments and investment services including Demat and NPS. The upgraded platform also introduces loan services, smart statements, new digital tools and personalised interfaces based on customers’ product relationships, offering a comprehensive end-to-end banking experience. Security has been strengthened through integration of AppProtectt, providing enhanced protection against fraud and cyber threats.
Commenting on the launch, Deepak Agarwal, Head – Strategy and Transformation, said the platform marks a shift from standalone digital channels to a unified digital ecosystem focused on trust, simplicity, security and financial inclusion.
In Agartala, the launch is expected to benefit retail customers and small businesses increasingly adopting digital banking solutions, as demand grows for secure, multilingual and easy-to-use platforms to support payments, savings and credit needs.
Digital payments now account for over 95 per cent of the Bank’s total outward transactions, reflecting strong customer adoption and confidence in its digital ecosystem.
