479 recently hired officials from a variety of government ministries received appointment letters from Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha, who reaffirmed the state’s dedication to open hiring practices and bolstering public service. Saha stated on Sunday that about 16,000 employment have been directly created in the government sector in Tripura since the BJP administration took office. We still have positions in organisations like the Cooperative Bank and the PWD. We also awarded a lot of employment at the Social Welfare Department. Therefore, we have been doing this constantly.
The hiring campaign is in line with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s goal of merit-based hiring, he continued. “During the Union Health Minister’s visit a few days ago, we also made numerous employment offers. Crucially, we have made sure that the hiring process is transparent, as the Honourable Prime Minister has stated. As a result, talented applicants are entering the workforce, which will enhance office operations. This has made people happy,” the chief minister stated.
“And the best part is, no one has to go to any political leader to get a job,” Saha continued, highlighting the significance of an impartial procedure. The Honourable Prime Minister consistently stresses that no candidate should feel compelled to approach any lawmaker or minister. They should simply take the test; they will be hired based on the outcome. Additionally, he praised the new recruits and urged them to serve with commitment.
