Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) is reinforcing gender diversity in the automotive sector, aligning with India’s broader economic goals of inclusive growth. With a target of 30% female representation by 2030, TKM is leveraging strategic workforce policies, skill development programs, and infrastructure enhancements to create a more equitable workplace. The company’s initiatives, including specialized training at the Toyota Technical Training Institute (TTTI), have positioned it as a frontrunner in bridging gender gaps in manufacturing.
