New Delhi, Dec 2 (PTI) Eicher Motors Ltd on Sunday spoke its arm VE Commercial Vehicles recorded a 7.3 percent increase in total sales in November 2024 as compared to the same month previous year, at 5,574 units.
VE Commercial Vehicles, a joint venture of Eicher Motors and Volvo Group, had sold 5,194 units in November 2023, Eicher Motors told in a regulatory filing.
November 2024 sales included 5,359 units of the Eicher brand and 215 units of the Volvo brand.
In the domestic commercial vehicle market, Eicher brand trucks and buses recorded sales of 4,957 units previous month as against 4,686 units in November 2023, up 5.8 percent.
Exports of Eicher brand trucks and buses jump 32.7 percent to 402 units as against 303 units in November 2023, it said.
