Assam flood situation grims, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma takes a stock of the situation in Dibrugarh.
The CM, on the previous day inspected the flood situation in Majuli and then visited HS Road in Dibrugarh city. He expressed his intention taking necessary measures in the flood effected areas.
Meanwhile, Sarma reacting to the infringed breach incident, he claimed that the embankments that were broken were constructed during the Congress regime.
