Tripura BJP’s president, Rajib Bhattacharya, asserted BJP’s commitment to blooming lotuses across 3349 booths in the state for the upcoming Lok Sabha election, aiming to fortify PM Modi’s position.
Speaking at an event held at Agartala Town Hall to mark the first anniversary of BJP’s second-tenure government, Bhattacharya emphasized the nearing Lok Sabha election, highlighting the potential announcement of the date at any moment. He reiterated the BJP’s primary objective of reinstating Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister of India.
“Under the banner of ‘Vikshit Bharat’ and with the assurance of PM Modi, we launch our election campaign today. With two Lok Sabha seats at stake, our pledge is to bloom the lotus in both constituencies, reinforcing PM Modi’s leadership. We’ve also initiated the deployment of two election campaign vehicles. I have full faith that our dedicated workers will strive tirelessly to realize our goals. This government has been relentless in its pursuit of development initiatives. Having freed ourselves from the shackles of the CPIM regime in 2018, led by former Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb, we have now formed a government under the stewardship of Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha,” stated the BJP President.
Expressing gratitude towards both state and central governments for their developmental endeavors, Rajib said, “Our administration is dedicated to serving all segments of society, including farmers, the underprivileged, youth, and government employees. The fruition of initiatives such as Rs 2000 social pension and empowerment of women’s self-help groups underscores the BJP government’s commitment. Furthermore, the administration has implemented DA/DR increments for government employees. In 2024, there’s no obstacle in Narendra Modi’s path to becoming Prime Minister once again. We aim to see the lotus blooming triumphantly in these two constituencies. I am resolute in my mission to see lotuses blooming across 3349 booths in the Lok Sabha elections, thereby bolstering PM Modi’s leadership.”
