The National Skill Training Institute for Women in Agartala, sprawled over 4.12 acres, aims to provide vocational training to female trainees from Tripura and the Northeast region. The institute, operational since 2015, focuses on trades with high employability, offering courses in Cosmetology, Dress Making, and Secretarial Practice, among others. The inauguration of its permanent campus signifies a leap forward in providing state-of-the-art infrastructure for skill development.

Similarly, the newly constructed girls’ hostel in Vadodara, Gujarat, serves as a testament to the government’s dedication to providing conducive learning environments. With modern amenities and a capacity to accommodate 80 trainees, the hostel aims to promote holistic development among its occupants.
